In-Person Training
1 hr | $60
A 60 minute session consisting of strength training and High Intensity Interval Training. Each session is tailored to your specific needs so we're working hard, but having fun at the same time!

Online Coaching

Customized workouts and meal plan every month set to your specifications (height, weight, fitness goals, etc). Constant adjustments to your meal plan to ensure you stay on track. Unlimited online or mobile support. Check in with stats every Sunday and pictures once a month (front, sides, and back).

Small Group Training
1 hr | $35
60 minute sessions consisting of strength training and High Intensity Interval Training. Bring a friend (or 2) and lets work! Maximum of 3 people. ***Price per person***

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition guidance will be provided using the macronutrient tracking method (tracking the amount of Protein, Carbs, and Fats in grams) eaten per day. Customized macro numbers will be provided for 5 meals daily and adjusted every 2 weeks to keep you on track. Grocery list will also be provided.
